Flo-Teck and Vari-Flo Jetter parts

Below are the replacement parts for the Flo-Tek and Vari-Flo Jetters.   Since the Flo-Tek is molded from a single piece, no front or back plates are listed, new covers are available.  The cups and holding plug are the same for the Flo-Tek and Vari-Flo Jetters. 

Note:   As shown on the photo, arrow A is pointing to the top of cup # 4.  On top of the cup, a number is molded into the rubber (mold number) what is not a part number.  For your convenience, we have listed some of the mold numbers which may correspond with the following cup sizes:

A-711-A   Cup # 4,   35mm (1 3/8”)

A-912-A   Cup # 4,   40mm (1 9/16”)

A-668-A   Cup # 4,   45mm (1 3/4”)

A-798-A   Cup # 4,   45mm (1 3/4”) with high internal ribs.

Nobs have been molded on to the Jetter cups to prevent the cups from turning during installing or removing the milking cluster (arrow B).  Those nobs need to be installed in to the recessed areas of the round and square nozzle plate before installing the holding plug.
